# George Psistakis

> AI-native, hands-on fractional head of growth for early-stage startups whose users know their craft and try before they buy: developer, data, AI and security tools, and audio, video and creator tools. Former founder with 3 exits (to Meta, Veeam and RudderStack). Based in Athens, Greece, working with teams in the US and Europe.

## What I do
- Act as the first growth team for startups that need senior growth leadership but cannot hire a team yet, typically pre-seed to Series A and up to about $10M ARR.
- Set the positioning, build the channels (content, SEO and AI search, paid on LinkedIn, X and Google, social through the founders), and put tracking, consent, analytics and CRM underneath.
- Run it every week, then hand over a working system and help hire the first marketer.

## How I work
- Engineer by background (systems engineer, then co-founder of a data company).
- Build my own AI agents and skills: scheduled agents that check ad accounts and log changes, reporting pipelines across Search Console, GA4 and Semrush, and a skill library for ads, SEO and AI search, HubSpot and tracking audits.
- The agents do repetitive work. Strategy, positioning and decisions stay with me.

## Track record
- 2025 to now: full go-to-market for an agentic AI security startup.
- 2023 to now: growth for a B2B cloud lab platform (Google Ads, SEO recovery, HubSpot, tracking).
- 2024 to 2026: Neubird (agentic AI SRE). Built growth and PLG from scratch as one person with AI agents.
- 2023 to 2024: Alcion, acquired by Veeam. First customer to acquisition; trial signups up 50% over six quarters.
- 2020 to 2022: Accusonus, acquired by Meta. Marketing for AI audio tools for creators.
- 2015 to 2020: Blendo, acquired by RudderStack. Co-founder and head of growth.

## Not a fit
- Single-channel work (only ads or only SEO) and advice without execution.
